David Trezeguet left a huge mark on River . Although his stay lasted just a year and a half, his goals were decisive to return to the First Division. "On an emotional level and at the end of my career, the Monumental cheers for me in the last game that I had to play with the Newell's shirt, which was in a sense my dismissal to the public". ]he mentioned with nostalgia, in statements reproduced by the TyC Sports website.
