The tourist debacle caused by the pandemic makes us look for alternative ways of traveling. In this special program, carried out on the move from the Casa de Campo park in Madrid, we explore the possibilities of the bicycle as a means of transportation to cover long distances. The writer, editor and traveler Pablo Strubell shares the experience of a recent triangular trip between Madrid, Finisterre and Cap de Creus. A journey of several months which was joined, halfway through, by his partner and companion of adventures Itziar Marcotegui . We also know the stories of other long-distance cyclists such as José Javier Ayllón who is currently touring all the Canary Islands after interrupting, due to the coronavirus crisis, an ambitious multi-year solo trip through Africa. We also propose several routes through Spain with the help of specialized journalists Ander Izagirre and Sergio Fernández authors respectively of the books Pirenaica and España en bicicleta . This panoramic view of pedal nomads is completed with the stories of three sympathetic bicycle travelers: Alex Hohmann Isabel Segura and Carmelo López .
