The club offers to pay the percentage of the subscription to those who demand it, but offers incentives for the next season, in which there will be no season subscription
The Valencia has announced how to compensate its subscribers for the parties that will not be able to attend in Mestalla. The club will return the corresponding amount to all those who request it, but has designed a series of incentives for those who agree to "help the entity in the current difficult situation, as a way of assessing its great commitment".
All current subscribers will maintain their condition during the next campaign, as well as their seniority, the choice of seat, the discounts accumulated in 2019/20 for high attendance and for the use of the Free Seat system, which will be applied in season 21 / 22, for which the club hopes to launch a subscription campaign.
As for 20/21, the uncertainty about when fans can return to the fields and what capacity Mestalla would have lead him to make the decision to sell ticket packs for matches who can attend. And in this purchase those who do not request the refund of the subscription of that year will have an advantage. These fans will have a preferential term and priority, in the event of a capacity limit, over the rest of subscribers, with a 50% discount compared to the price for the general public in the purchase of tickets and / or game packs.
Subscribers will also have the option of saving this amount so that they will be discounted from the season 21/22 subscription, keeping the 50% discount on tickets, but they will be purchased as a second option, after those who resign.
The third option is to demand a refund, which leaves the discount as a subscriber for the purchase of tickets at 10%.
The club has also announced that it will return the full amount of the tickets that were sold to the general public for matches against Levante, Osasuna, Athletic, Real Valladolid and Espanyol.
