In the last hours it was revealed that Camila Godoy, player of the River Reserve, tested positive for the coronavirus. The youth soccer player is isolated in one of the hospitals designated by the Government of the City of Buenos Aires for these cases, and until the last medical report she maintained a good state of health.
Godoy was tested after learning that his father had contracted the virus. She lives with her family in the Villa 31 neighborhood, one of the most affected by the pandemic in the Federal Capital territory. Fortunately, her symptoms have been very mild.
The one of Camila, whom in the River world they know as "Gambeta", is the first case related to the club's football but the second if those of women in general are counted since in the last days Stephanie Rea, hiker archer, was the first to catch it.
